Today's Core Warm Up
This is my go to warm up when I know I have a heavy lifting day ahead of me.
Here’s why:
✔️ everything begins and ends with your core.
➡️ I have multiple certifications in wayyy different modalities of fitness. Everything from Pilates to CrossFit.
You know what they all have in common? The FOCUS on core strength.
If your core isn’t strong 💪, your workout 🏋️♂️ will not be as effective as what it could be.
Not to mention, you’ll exponentially increase your likelihood of injury.
Use this warm up whenever you’re going to lift heavy. Or shoot, even when you’re not 😉.
Use this warm up when you can’t think of anything else to do but you know you need something to get your blood flowing and your mind focused.
Save it and use it daily, weekly, or as often as you need.

Bridge hip taps
Froggie crunches
Tuck ups
