blueberry cucumer protein shake

On Saturdays, I yoga. It's super hot yoga. Like you walk into the room and you can see the steam rising yoga. I love it. It forces me to slow my mind down, focus on the present and take an hour to decompress.

After a class like that, the only thing that makes me feel better is a nice (and cold) delicious treat. The more refreshing, the better!

Blueberry Cucumber Protein Shake

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 30 seconds

Serves: 1

1 scoop whey protein

8 oz yogurt

1/2 cucumber peeled and seeded

1 tbsp honey

1 cup blueberries

ice and water

Toss all your ingredients into your blender, blend until smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy!
