10 Minute Kettlebell
I feel lately like I'm the queen of working out in my bedroom while my child takes a bath. True story. You have to do what works right? Right now, that's just what works. I know I need to workout, I WANT to workout and break a sweat, it makes me feel better. Like a productive human. So then the goal becomes maximizing the 10 minutes I have to get the workout handled.
That's how I came up with this one. I wanted something that utilized resistance but would be done quickly. Like done by the time her bath was over. The cool thing is that you don't even have to have a kettle bell to do it. If you have a dumbbell, that will work just as easily, just grab around the bell (that's where the number is written on the side of the weight) and you're in business!
The even better part is workouts that focus on your best effort can change daily because your body is different every single day. So you can go with the flow, so to speak, listen to your body, and meet it where it's at without feeling anything about it because tomorrow will be a whole new experience.
So grab that weight and let's get going!
